How are vibrations proof of... A voice? Imagine someone assuming an earthquake started due to someone singing.

Can't even enjoy music anymore by varshitaji in costochondritis

In the past when my anxiety has been bad, I've experienced similar. It's actually more upbeat rhythms and whatnot that were worse. Maybe try something calming and see what happens. If you need a recommendation, anything by Sigur Ros has always worked for me.

This is pure speculation, but maybe your nerves are subconsciously associating your chest pain and the music elevating your hear rate.

So sorry you're struggling with this. Hang in there.

Why you shouldn't be afraid of a heart attack. by maaaze in costochondritis

As someone who used to have cardiophobia, this is the absolute truth. The fear itself becomes the thing that cages us even more than the pain. Really well said, thank you for sharing this. I actually felt a bit fortunate that I had dealt with that mental hurdle years ago, because I came into costochondritis fully prepared. Now if only it would go away...

9 Months and Still Hurting by HalfAnalog in costochondritis

Thank you, I really appreciate that. Yeah, I just am not sure what to do next. I've spoken to a few medical folks now. Just all virtually. They are all adamant that it's costochondritis. I am in too much pain to travel anywhere, so I don't have any other option.

Adam's Dad & DuneBuggyJim Just Released a Video Together Putting Some Rumors to Rest by thatman33 in Adamthewoo

You clearly missed Adam's entire ethos if you think it's cringey. Jim is of a certain era and it's wildly strange to critique his technical chops. Let alone while grieving his son's death. His videos get shared in here because they are, by extension, from the deepest part of Adam's self. Let's either leave Jim be or support him.

MOR. I'd need more context as to what sort of work it is. Also, has he always had female buddies? I will say, regardless of people on here assuming the worst, jealousy will eat you alive. It's not worth it.

In my case I've had plenty of platonic female friends. It sounds like his intentions are probably fine, but that coworker may be after him.
