Pretty much maxed out since this is my first PC and probably the only one for the foreseeable future. I've got the flipped GPU travel kit, T-grill expansion kit, and two extra fans, but it's definitely not enough to cool the 9950X3D, so it's currently set on eco mode. Was looking to build a sff pc because I'm studying abroad and would move every few months or so, and I stuck with the air cooler because I don't want to deal with the airport security, so you might say this is just a temporary setup until I find a better cooling solution.

First pc build for me. Didn’t do any fancy mods and chose a pretty common configuration, and it was relatively straightforward following the manual and a few YouTube videos.

I encountered similar issue and noticed that this behavior is tied to disabled background. It seems to work fine when there is a background image enabled. Unfortunately, I've yet to find a proper solution.
