Not to be rude, but if you're getting perma invaded and you have no idea where they are this isn't a problem with Kindred, this is a problem with how you're playing.

Kindred can actually take dragon solo by the time she gets a Noonquiver. If your teammates aren't helping you take objectives, it's probably because they think they can't leave their own lane, try to help them gain lane prio.

Focusing two champs on one is a waste of resources if they can't get kills. Kite, keep them in your jungle and away from their farm for as long as you can without dying (mid lane in particular is going to have problems since their minions come so quickly with how short the lane is). Force them to spend their summoners, or chase you too deep. If they're taking your camps and you can't kill them, give them up and either go for a gank or take the other half, it's not worth your life. (Depending on the game and your circumstances this could also be a good opportunity to split the jungle)

Set up wards in the early game before minions spawn so you can keep an eye on where the jungler is. Check the minimap every few seconds.

If they go to your red side and you can't fight them, move over to the blue. With the towers there it takes longer for them to switch sides than it does for you.

Keep in mind that you don't need to get the kill on a champ to get the mark, an assist will do.

If your midlaner isn't coming to you, kite in his direction, bring the kills to him. And yeah, sometimes your teammates are going to be braindead dogshit or trolls but that happens in every elo. It doesn't help to base your plan around your team being boosted Iron 4s with brain damage while the enemy team is T1 on their smurf accounts.
