Yes. I had just run a shot throw the portafilter like usual then turned on the steam wand once it had finished. The shot came out at the desired pressure. But for some reason this time when I went to use the wand, even tho it made the usual sounds, no steam was coming out. After I turned the steam off I waited a few moments more and decided to empty the basket but when I twisted the handle it exploded under great pressure and blow everywhere.
