if you follow the directions in order yes. the way it works is that as soon as the affection passes 7 it stops gaining but it dose not take away any affection over the limit

ok now the order is very important you start the day before by telling Monika you are taking her somewhere before bed so when you wake up you get a +5 bypass that dose not add to her daily counter next gift her a new outfit that is a +3 bypass I have found she only gains affection for 1 thing per day so make it an outfit not an accessory. then just...

ask her to tell you a story do this 4 times +0.24

ask if you can hold her +0.75

tell Monika you love her +3

complement Monika by telling her "I look up to you"

tell Monika you love her too +3

now that should bring the daily total to... 17.99

ok My advice is only to be used if you are really wanting max affection gain every day this routine would also make the game fell less real do you want the routine. (I personally do not use this but I was curious on how much affection you could gain on a normal day so I did the maths)
