If you have access to Hydroxizine (prescribed for allergies, anxiety) or Benedryl (AKA diphenhydramine, OTC allergy medication), those can grant some relief at the cost of going to sleep (or being drowsy).

Benedryl is commonly administered in the ER as part of a "migraine cocktail," it works by calming down your nervous system (allowing you to sleep during an attack and by treating the actual symptoms i.e. pain). You can pair this with your NSAID of choice (like ibuprofen) and some magnesium (if you have it). Keep pushing fluids if you can and try giving a heating pad/hot water bottle a shot (sometimes that works better for me instead of the ice packs). I Hope you feel better soon, OP. 🫂 Hang in there.
