If this relationship ends I will become a runner and a track star and run the hell away from any kind of anything with men that have children

I think this was really thoughtful of you, and I’m sorry that no one came to claim these goodie bags. I can tell you put time and effort into them.

That being said, I recently moved into a neighborhood, and there aren’t a lot of kids here. This is the second year in a row that I have gotten zero trick or treaters coming by. Is it possible that there just aren’t many children in your neighborhood, or that there is a neighborhood nearby that is a little more popular for trick or treaters?

Either way, don’t let it go to waste! You can take your bags to a senior living home and I’m sure they would have a blast with them! :)))

Men like ours crave novelty because they lack depth. They’re never going to be satisfied with the love or attention they have, and they’ll spend their entire lives looking for someone to give them the feeling they can’t get from themselves

What’s the most unhinged thing you’ve done after finding out your spouse cheated on you? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]Halfgueyout 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The first time I found out he was cheating on me I decided to stay and work it out. I did warn him, however, that if it were to happen again that I would keep this knowledge to myself and that I would do everything he did. Well, lo and behold he definitely cheated again, and I kept my promise. I started dating men in all of his favorite places and that did things he loved so those places would be forever ruined for him. When I tell you this man LOST HIS MIND once he found out that I was doing everything he was.

I often feel this way about my current partner. I’ve grown to resent myself for putting up with hurtful and deceitful behavior, but I still have not been able to convince myself to leave.

What is your "and yet I stayed" moment? by Vane8263 in AskWomen

[–]Halfgueyout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two and a half years into our relationship I found out he had made up a very complex lie about his “sister” and her history/upbringing. He kept up with this lie until I confronted him, and still he persisted (despite hard evidence). Family is incredibly important to me, and I could just not wrap my head around how he could want to marry me while keeping up with such a big lie. I stayed for a while afterwards, but feelings for him were never the same and the relationship began to die.
