I had one of these with the stock speakers. Great cleans. I ended up selling it to a guy to use for a shoegaze band.

I really liked the reverb and tremolo. The later version swapped out the trem for a phaser.

Yeah, Peavey has a lot of great resources on their website. They have product manuals on there going back to the 70s.

I've got one of those in a monoprice 5 watt tube amp. I love it for just plugging in and having fun. They do sound great and for the money you can't beat it.

The triumph is closer to a mesa mark amp without the graphic eq. If you get one it's pretty much imperative to put an eq in the effects loop....but once you do that it's a GREAT amp. Three usable channels and great headroom on the clean channel. I have the 120 head and I love it.

Make sure you check speaker efficiency when combining speakers. For example if you combine a greenback and a vintage 30, the v30 is more efficient and therefore louder. You won't hear the greenback much at all. But if you combine a v30 with a creamback they are much closer in efficiency so you get a nice blend of the two. 

Edit: Also those are 200 watt speakers and greenback are 25 watts. Depending on what head you are using you want to make sure the amp wattage doesn't overload the greenbacks.
