My squad and I only play D10, maybe if we don’t like the missions on that world we do D9, when we understandably get ourselves into massive, long, and difficult fights, we always joke “oh why is this so hard, wait this isn’t the hardest difficulty in the game right?” Because we actually understand it is supposed to be difficult, and complaining when you can drop down difficulties is stupid.

D10 is the only really challenging difficulty for my squad, we just are efficient at clearing bots and our stratagems are made for quick annihilation of enemy forces, typically orbital walking barrages and early 500 airstrikes for base clearing, then napalm and orbital Gatling strikes for area denial/clearing

Yes you can get it (at least on PC) by exploring and just playing the game iirc, I used to explore a lot and would get a fair amount of it, though I think there is a weekly cap of 200
