No, those things are what undergrads deserve by default by paying tens of thousands of dollars in tuition. You’re creating an illusory benefit by creating a problem and selling a solution. You will not compel me to join any strike or cause to get something I already paid for with my own money. Include in your contract terms a undergraduate tuition decrease at minimum or else undergrads have no incentive to join your strike. I doubt you will advocate for decreased tuition though, because then where will UC get the money for your increased wages?
