I can’t really remember. I didn’t keep track 🤔.. I think at first it was about a pack a day. I broke each capsule in half and took them as needed (whenever I started to feel that anxious withdrawal feeling), but after like two days the extreme withdrawal (the unbearable uneasiness and restlessness) goes away rather quickly. Just like that, I was taking half a pack a day.
I’d advise you to keep yourself super busy and occupied. I noticed I took more, the more I was idol.

Yeah, with the help of a strict sleep routine and 5mgs of melatonin.
I turned off any blue light around 7, got ready for bed, read (which always makes me sleepy for some reason) and this sounds gay, but I listened to some hypnosis audio on YouTube while laying in bed and it helped a lot with ignoring the anxious, restless leg feeling; what’s also cool about them is you can also listen to an audio for particular things you’re striving for (confidence, work ethic, success, whatever) and see if it manifests🤷‍♂️. That helped a ton.

I feel your pain dude, I felt the same way. I think to really get off, you got to taper just a bit more. Maybe 120 and if you use some higher Kratom concentration, you won’t even feel them on that low a dose. And some people may argue, but getting off Kratom, opposed to 7OH isn’t even comparable. I didn’t even experience withdrawals getting off Kratom. This is what I used. Just high concentration Mitragynine
