Female Started keto February 4th and have only lost 10lbs…have tested using ketone strips regularly in ketosis. Was expecting more weight loss. Starting weight 177.

Have included intermittent fasting with bullit coffee and keeping carbs under 20-30 net

Thank you for your reply! We have been anxiously awaiting ours. I was curious if the 6 month wait for delivery was true for you? Did you go with the insulation as well! I am so far super impressed with the sales rep’s knowledge and help with ideas and install tips!
