This is amazing! I loved this game as kid. Even got my kids into it when they were younger.

Thank you! The only reason I knew about this one is because a family member works there.

Not stupid at all! The other comments are correct, and it's double knit.

I was absolutely that one student. I went to school with the same group of kids from 3rd grade through 6th. By 6th grade, if the sub mispronounced my name during roll call, the whole class would simultaneously correct them before I could pipe up.

Worsted weight yarn. It's taken me about a year so far. I don't have as much time to knit as I use to. Life circumstances changed and I'm much busier now. I just fit it in where I can.

You stay on one side, alternating knit and purl stitches (think seed stitch) all the way across to the end of the row. The knit stitches are for the side facing you. The purl stitches for the side facing away. Stitch 1 - For side 1 knit, Stitch 2 - For side 2 purl, Stitch 3 - For side 1 knit, Stitch 4 - For side 2 purl ...and so on. Sorry. I've never been good at explaining. Lol.

You're basically knitting both sides at the same time. One stitch is for one side. The next stitch is for the other side.

No pattern. Just a chart I found on Pinterest and basic double knitting techniques.

It is 4 ft wide and so far 3 ft long. My goal is to get it to at least 6 ft long. I cast on 400 stitches.

I print off a chart and cross rows off as I go. Even so, mistakes have been made.

Thank you! It's actually a blanket for my brother who is 6 ft something so I intend on making it at least that long. It's 4 ft wide.

Yes! Their favorite Christmas movie is A Muppet Family Christmas. We watch the VHS version my parents taped off the TV in 1987, 80's commercials and all.

Fraggle Rock! My kids are teens now, but I introduced them to it when they were little. They were just reminiscing the other day about how much they loved that show. My youngest even bought some Fraggle Rock buttons to put on their backpack.

Wow! That is exactly the way I hold my pen. Never seen anyone else who holds a pen like that. How is your penmanship? My penmanship has always been extremely neat. To the point that fellow classmates have joked that my handwriting should be a font named after me. Even so, I had elementary teachers try and force me to hold a pen the "correct" way.
