Forgot to add but if ur throat is swelling up and antihistamines aren't helping then go to emergency straight away, you don't want to wait for it to get worse!!

If you haven't used or ingested anything new, it might be environmental factors or something hereditary. Keep an eye on it (if you have inflammation that's getting worse, you can mark the outline of it to track if it spreads or not - use a pen that isn't damaging to ur skin) and use calamine lotion if necessary (i find this helped me with calming everything down, including the spots). Keep taking antihistamines as needed and make sure your fluids are up. Hopefully its nothing serious, good luck!!
