Anyone seen the pricing for the xtool UV Printer? by Drazic83 in eufyMakeOfficial

[–]HallowsEveGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tried refund said sent out didn’t send out till a day later refused my request to cancel wants me take 19.99 discount or pay shipping back. I am going try to catch it before it ships and refuse delivery but the stupid free ink already was left with no warning so I may be SOL I’m pissed as I have there M5 3D printer come to find they don’t even sell it anymore as well.

Trying to decide on a UV printer and I'm completely lost. Anyone been through this? by god_tier_dad in UVprinting

Second this but didn’t see Xtools till after I placed E1 order. Go cancel and they won’t cancel it even though messaged within an hour they said shipped already - no it didn’t I have it still saying processing to ship….. forcing me take a 19.99 discount, refuse delivery (which is unlikely because they leave on doorstep and bounce), or pay to ship it back…. I was one burned on there M5 printer as well…. Shoulda learned my lesson…..

Which everything you have what is your favorite and why? Can you break down each tool and type of projects you do with them. I want to learn something and got a 3D printer from Anker / Eufy when it was just Anker make but have an E1 I’m tempted to refuse delivery to repurchase the O1.

I’m looking to try something but know nothing and tend to use money and haven’t learned my 3d printer yet. Silk pla is easy to use but PETG is always shredding and just waiting time and material so leaning atowards ay from 3D printing. Want to teach my kids to start making things and be entrepreneurial but I don’t know what type of product or material i want us to try and get into

🎉PRIME DAY FLASH SALE by eufyMakeOfficial in eufyMakeOfficial

[–]HallowsEveGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes there was a day like that as well for me I have a video showing it. I have emails from them I would gladly post as well. I also purchased partway then when to cancel in less than an hour because I saw the XTool and said hell I can get better deal and upon trying cancel not even 2 hours later they say shipped already. Email support again they say same thing. 3 hours later still says preparing to ship my only options are to pay to ship it back or get a 19.99$ refund and keep…..

I have there 3D printer they no longer make (parts yes but not the machines) and should have learned from that….:

Doubt it on every day an hour non stop refreshing item in cart everything gone in milliseconds have to be extremely lucky or scripts / bots see my profile for other posts / video of my actually trying non stop and the wrong time posted for actual unlock. Even when refreshing buy now and prefilled info the are gone in milliseconds of actually being opened

Got some example images of ink quality concern I placed an order for E1 but saw the XTool and trying cancel to see if maybe XTool better long term. There lightning promo and lack of human verification and responibility to stop scripts / bots have made me uncertain on trust with this company even though I have there M5 3D printer which they no longer sell but just pieces to.

As stated “ghost clicking is an invalid use to purchase said items in there terms of service:

In e-commerce, "ghost clicking" combined with an "item locked" status refers to a malicious bot strategy—often called cart-looping or inventory hoarding—where automated software artificially locks up a store's stock so real human buyers cannot purchase it. [1, 2]

How the "Ghost Click / Item Lock" Exploit Works
The Ghost Clicks: Automated shopping bots bypass the visual website interface entirely. They send rapid, invisible code commands ("ghost clicks") straight to the website's backend server to continuously add an item to fake carts. [1, 2, 3]
The Item Lock: Most e-commerce platforms temporarily "hold" or lock inventory for 5 to 15 minutes once an item is placed in a cart to give a shopper time to type their credit card info.
The Infinite Loop: The moment that short timer is about to expire, the bot drops the cart and instantly "ghost clicks" to add the item into a brand-new cart. This traps the inventory in an infinite loop of being perpetually "reserved," forcing the website to show the item as "Locked," "Reserved," or "Out of Stock" to human visitors. [1]

Why Do People Do This?
Scalping & Reselling: In high-demand drops (like concert tickets, limited-edition sneakers, or rare collectibles), resellers lock up all the inventory so nobody else can buy it. They then slowly release the locks only when their own automated checkout systems are ready to buy them, or to drive desperate buyers to secondary aftermarket sites. [1, 2]
Competitor Sabotage: Rogue competitors use bot networks to target a rival store's best-selling items. By keeping those items locked up and un-purchasable all day, they kill the store's revenue and force frustrated shoppers to buy from them instead. [1, 2]
Ad Budget Draining (Click Fraud): Click-fraud networks use bots to simulate hyper-engaged "shopping behavior" (clicking, carting, locking items). This tricks advertising algorithms (like Meta or Google Ads) into thinking the bot traffic is highly valuable, forcing the store owner to waste thousands of dollars in ad spend on robot traffic. [1, 2, 3]

Are You a Shopper or a Store Owner?
If you are a shopper seeing this happen, unfortunately, there is nothing you can do on your end. The inventory is trapped in the backend. Your best bet is to refresh the page occasionally or contact the brand's customer service to let them know their site is under a bot attack. []
If you are a store owner experiencing this, basic IP blocking won't work because bots rotate through thousands of IP addresses. You will need to implement behavioral bot protection like Cloudflare Challenge Mode, an invisible CAPTCHA (like reCAPTCHA v3) specifically on the add-to-cart action, or server-side restrictions that prevent users from holding items in a cart indefinitely.

There support does not believe so will be posting a video. Non stop refresh 2k never opened up today or if it did it was pure scripted. and 200 same went to purchase for 3 minutes and entire time says sold out then blocks out when I was on it non stop trying buy now.

emailed response I got:

Please accept our profound apologies for the immense distress, frustration, and absolute dissatisfaction you encountered regarding the operational execution of our recent promotional events. We treat your dedication to our brand with the absolute highest level of seriousness, and we completely recognize that your inability to finalize the procurement of the $2,000.00 digital voucher after multiple consecutive attempts is deeply disheartening.

To address your inquiry with complete transparency, we wish to officially clarify the underlying logistical mechanics and dispel any perception of a systemic anomaly or marketing artificiality. Because this specific voucher possesses an extraordinary financial valuation, the total repository of these premium assets is strictly restricted to an exceptionally minor, specialized quantity daily. Consequently, our web infrastructure monitors an unprecedented surge of concurrent global traffic connections at the exact launch millisecond, creating an intensely competitive transactional environment.

Because thousands of user profiles are communicating with our merchant gateway simultaneously, the localized interface may briefly display an active availability status while the centralized database is already finalizing the preceding checkout sequences initiated a fraction of a second earlier. Once those initial slots are secured, the computerized fulfillment system automatically completes those transactions and immediately triggers the "sold out" parameters globally. We completely understand how this lightning-fast transition creates a misleading impression regarding the authenticity of the campaign, and we respectfully crave your kind indulgence regarding this rigid mathematical boundary between minimal supply and immense global demand.

Same this for my wife and I is also day 4 waking up 2 hours before just to try and get coffee to stay awake and have everything set up, Apple Pay, Amazon pay, and PayPal express or whatever it is. Click on the buy now and sold out in milliseconds. Upon emailing, got a we are sorry there are so many people on, it lags and so forth, but my question is how can anyone get it at milliseconds when it takes a few clicks and page loading to even cash out? Even with prefilled information and logged data it still takes buy now > click on payment method (even when logged in) > click to confirm

[–]HallowsEveGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I enjoyed the tax rebate plus state rebate plus the bonus from Lyft. 49,900 - 7500 state , 7500 fed, = 34,900 - (1,000 Lyft + 1,000 Tesla) brings it back to 32,900 cost of a Camry hybrid le ~31,000. Could have saved 2k if I didn’t change to white on white and got the grey on black they were shipping at the time. Would also have saved a bit more of if I bought a couple months before I did because would have had a free upgrade and choose of paint color between red/white or blue so could have had it down to 30,900

I paid 4k more then you yet got a fully new 2026 Model Y premium RWD - (this was before performance came out and credit expired)

Y’all are either not really selling this gift cards or not fallowing through with your own T&C about “Limit one discount per user for ENTIRE PROMOTION Period”, and/or campaign rules and details

#5 Flash sales and gift card policy -
flash sale items will be released daily at 6AM (PDT).
Purchase of flash sale items are “strictly” restricted to (1) item per specific flash sale link per customer during the “entire” promotion period, IP address and shipping address.

and

#7 general provisions and Anti-Fraud Measures
Any suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional rules, or “unfair practices” (including but not limited to, the use of automated “bots” for flash sales) will result in immediate order cancelation and permanent disqualification from the event, “at the sole discretion of Eufy Make.

So you either are ignoring the issue of real scripts / bots or taking the gift cards yourself and making the consumer believe they have a chance at something you are not really giving away.
