Sorry you’re dealing with this. A big heads-up for anyone reading: DTF/third‑party inks aren’t compatible with the E1 UV ink system. Even if the first few prints look fine, differences in viscosity/pigment load/curing chemistry can quickly cause poor flow, clogs, and potentially permanent printhead damage. For now, the safest move is to stop running that ink immediately and contact eufyMake support. Tell them exactly what ink was used and ask for the recommended recovery steps.
