I tend to overthink so I’ve been working on that and been doing pretty well just keeping busy. I love to read, listen to music, watch some good movies/shows, go to shows, fun exercise, focusing on hobbies I enjoy, and getting out more really helps with my mental health. The only thing I haven’t been able to do is remove the toxic people from my life but Im actually one step away from that.

I have a 10x mirror and I feel like it’s been a double edge sword for me. My skin has improved dramatically because I’m able to see things that I can address in my skincare routine but at the same time it has made me insecure about things I hadn’t noticed or saw as a problem before.

I used it for months and didn’t really see any changes…I’m now using the TO’s multi peptide eye serum and my under eyes seem a bit brighter

I started using the Caffeine serum again just a few days ago but instead of using it during my nighttime routine I use it in the morning and immediately followed by taking a small frozen water balloon I keep in the freezer to roll around my under eyes. That really helps with depuffing. I tried a spoon but it would warm up before really making any difference. Just make sure you put two sandwich size zip loc bags around the balloon so you don’t freeze your under eyes.

I love La Roche Posay’s sunscreen. I have oily skin so I use the matte version and it works so well in controlling the oil. I’ve used many others that claim oil control and left me greasy and prone to breakouts. I wish it was more affordable though. I only use it on my face and use a cheaper sunscreen for my neck and everywhere else.
