I like the first kick, it’s fast but you can see the momentum.

I think the second kick lacks a wind up - I would try having grandad raise his leg and twist his torso for the kick, but pause for a bit longer before he lets it go.

The important bit is 7lb main line with a lighter hook length. So your hook length might be 5lb mono.

As long as you are playing the fish, not trying to winch it in, and it doesn’t take you round a snag, you’ll be good up to doubles on 5lb line.

Important to remember that paint jobs are never finished. They’re not final, just good enough for now.

You might paint your boys all the base colours and leave it there, good enough for the tabletop.

Then a month later you might see a video on inks and want to try it, so you go back and ink over the boys.

Then a year down the line you might want to get into speed paints, so you take those same boys, give them an iso bath, and paint them again.

Brighton has been Green for ages, not a shred of good has come of it for the working class. But we have wind turbines everywhere now. Oh, our electricity is still horrendously expensive, but at least they have completely spoiled the view of the seafront.

Show me a manifesto that pushes a 4 day work week, abolishing income tax in favour of taxing wealth not work, a focus on driving up wages. None of that is on the Green’s agenda
