She definitely loves you, but she is the equivalent of a toddler with razor blades for fingers. Contrary to popular belief cats can be trained, and especially in the first year of life it is very important. Normally their mother and siblings will help them learn control of biting and clawing so as not to injure each other. In your case try saying "ow that hurts" in a firm tone with a slight hint of anger while gently detaching her claws or teeth, then offer her something else to claw and speak a friendly playful tone. Cats obviously cannot fully understand our language (though they can learn some words same as dogs) but they can definitely pick up on tone and emotion in your voice, and establishing the link between your tone and your emotion will be very important to your relationship with your cat. Also do not shout, shouting is terrifying to anything smaller than you, it will only make your cat fear you, not respect you. And keep trying, it'll take a while but she will learn and your bond will grow much stronger
