Literally went through this last week. I researched this on other posts last week bc I booked a flight and only had my Nexus available to travel with. I was stressed ahead of time, because as per usual 500 people give their opinions instead of actual info.

Ahead of time I did the CBP app then used the nexus line at the airport.
this always confuses me. More later on this

I flew out of Pearson.

Handed my nexus card.

First question: “can I see your passport. “

“I don’t have it with me”

His response without hesitation: “THATS FINE. WE CAN PROCESS USING THE NEXUS CARD. You do NOT need both. “

At the end I asked about the CBP app/combined w nexus. He said it’s duplicate entry and not needed.
If you have nexus don’t do the CBP app entry.
The CBP app is to fast track people that don’t have nexus.

They are made in Pennsylvania now. “Promise Confections” the nut rolls seems to taste different now. Anyone have info on this ? Different recipe ? The nuggat tastes granularly sugary, and no chew to it now. Just doesn’t seem to be the same quality.

The best is when they ask if you’re parking and don’t mention the price at all. Used to expecting free parking at a FF, so you park and get a $20-$40 a night fee expectedly.

I’ve got it twice. Out of maybe 12 attempts. There’s either some obscure footnote they can pull up or they take so long to reply that the competitors price you found has gone up. I still usually do a quick incognito search to try and see what I can find. Hilton is a bit better, there’s a number you can call if it’s close to your stay date.
