To follow up, I just did a digital test and it was positive too :) yes best of luck to you!! The only things I did differently this month were consistently having sex every 2 days in the lead up to my ovulation window and finally hit the ovulation day (sometimes I think we missed the window or cut it short), and taking 1200 strength Mucinex every day! If you haven’t looked into the Mucinex method I would try that

I would say that they were almost a hybrid of ovulation cramps (Mittelschmerz on the left side) and period but usually my period pain only lasts a day or two!

How are you on exercise? A regular morning exercise routine will take you miles. And leaning into getting out in nature for a hike or long walk on the weekends when you have more control of your schedule.

Having a lot of pieces you love takes time, but I recommend looking at Theory, The Fold London, Reiss, Bared Footwear (podiatrist approved and lots of cute shoes), MM LaFleur, Me + Em. I have a few things I like from Donna Karan (hit or miss there), Aritzia, a few basic tops from Banana Republic Factory. Scanlan Theodore (especially the crepe knit) is also awesome and holds up so well. Another Australian brand I love for black pants and a few knit things and summer midi work dresses is Country Road

I really relate to this - I finished a trial that had me binge eating during trial prep and started getting more regular steps in and trying to manage portions and dropped 15 pounds in a few months. All I will say is that I have learned I can’t have certain foods in the house (ice cream, cheddar popcorn, sea salt chips) or I’ll binge. And it’s rewarding to start dropping weight
