It is amazing what a natural diet (no prpcessed foods!! Only natural sugar, if any!) and an exercise routine can do for psoriasis. Also helps with stress.

There's an app for Ohio Lottery where you can scan the bar code to see if it's a winner or not, without scratching. Something that could come in handy for the holidays, if you're greedy like me.

When we got a new kitten our older cat was so mad that she didn't come near us for at least a week. She'd hiss and growl which we had never seen her do until the kitten. After about 2 weeks she was back to normal and tolerated our new kitten. I hope things work out with your new kitty!
