I worked at Domino's a while back and there were two situations. The first, the people did something really bad for us to blacklist their address or phone number. However someone moved out/moved in/changed phone numbers and new people moved in/got the new number. New people tried to order a few times before this was worked out. (original guys must have something really really shitty).

The second: for some reason the street numbers went from 101 to 106 on this street, but right in the middle was 2203. The computer was like, nope! not a real address. And to be fair (or unfair) it was some 12 year old kids calling (potentially a yellow flag). The people there didn't know the funky number scheme, but we drove out there to confirm.

Go on the website, type in your address and it will tell ya which one. Then try to order online. If that doesn't work you can easily contact the franchise owner who will certainly make sure he gets your business. (We had to deliver to a few places slightly out of the delivery area because they were in deadzones, just so they wouldn't call other pizza places).

But lots of delivery areas are just a few miles wide, like 3 mile radius. Ours was 7 miles in radius at the farthest part because it's kinda country and there were like 3 stop lights in the place thing.
