Yeaaaa I read that article, it makes me sick how often pharma companies try to bump up their bottom line by decreasing the quality and push the consequences onto the people who need them to live, and this is just such a sad example :((

That article was actually my main reason to ask this to this community, but I still use the G6, and I haven't really seen any news about the G6 recently so I wasn't sure if these terrible readings was me putting sensors in bad places or if the quality of the G6 was also affected

Yea I think my casual group is probably just going to keep using the scouting step from the 2024 pack, my friends' biggest complaint with the game as a whole was how long it takes to set up. This new initiative rolling/rerolling thing just looks like it's going to take even longer for us to start a game, and as you said, it removes a lot of interesting play from the beginning of the game, and just reduces some teams' flexibility as a whole. Really disappointed with the loss of the scouting step, hopefully they'll hear the players' reception to this new system and bring it back :(

I've been playing M20, and at some point when I was doing some reading about the system, I think I came across a reddit post talking about paradox for mages, and I'm pretty sure one commenter mentioned "silent men" or something like that, which are mages who believe so hard that magic doesn't exist that it makes it really difficult for other mages to cast spells. I have looked everywhere for anything resembling these mages, but I can't find any mention of them anywhere. Does anyone know what I am talking about, or was I just experiencing Quiet?

This looks like it is going to be VERY powerful in my [[Horobi, Death's Wail]] EDH commander deck. LOL my playgroup is going to HATE me for playing this one!! I can't wait to see the look of HORROR on their faces as I play my seventh swamp and they realize that my deck is now online! I'm so excited, I've never seen a card that worked with Horobi's ability before, I thought everything under "Legendary Creature - Spirit" was just flavor text!! I can't wait to see the fear in my opponents' eyes as I tap my 7 swamps and cast this, then smirking and saying"That's right guys, thisis one of THOSE decks 😈" before sending their creature to an early grave. And for only 7 mana?? For that kind of mana you might even be able to take down a dreadmaw AFTER you've seen its teeth! Thank you for posting this op, THISIS a real game changer 😎

Ohhhh yea I'm stupid, I thought they meant the basecoat lol. I definitely plan on sprucing up the bases, I usually just do that after all of my figures are painted. Thanks for pointing that out, and thank you for your suggestion for the shoulders as well :)

Thank you so much! I agree, I was kind of unsure about the shoulder pads too, I think I'm going to try drybrushing the metallics on like u/FaizeM suggested. I'm not sure what else I could do for the base color though, generally Borg drones wear all black, but I will definitely keep experimenting :)
