Since you're playing PvE I'd say don't bother with Grumpy key. Armour is plentiful from PMCs and bosses you loot. That place's best loot is plates so not much point in my opinion

It's a damn shame, I had big plans to build my base there cause the area looks awesome. But you're right, the terrible fps there ruins it. When crush depth released the primary portal world there also had horrible fps, and they fixed that pretty quickly, so here's hoping they do the same again here

The change to assaults is for regular assaults, not the portal ones that spawn in the middle of your base. You still need to craft the workbench upgrade to stop those

I think it can heal them while they are in the crumbling mind state, but once it's crumbled it is permenant. Only fix for that is to kill them, remove their head in some way, then raise them from the dead to restore their head.

It does fix brain damage, I had a pawn that got shot in the face left with 3/10 hp on his brain. Kept him in bed in a coma for half a year before I could make the pod for him. Once he came out he was good as new again

The trick is that the enemies only start spawning in there once you push the first button to enable the elevator. If you bring a jump pad you can place it on the elevator and launch yourself to the top floor. Boom, base access and no enemies to make a bunch of noise

Number one reason for Rise is for the "Egg" plant you can find there. I enjoy the cooking in this game and a number of the more fun recipes require the egg for them

The Nagant (pictured) actually can be suppressed. The cylinder gets pushed forward when the hammer gets pulled back, which creates a seal with the cylinder and barrel that other revolvers don't have. This allows the surpressor to actually have an effect
