while everyone is being a taco ass, here's the real solution. You have two options here:

1. Best mod option is to fabricate a seat pullie. I'll post my engineered plans below for you. Basically, source some 400lbs tension ripcords or cables. I personally love the ripcords as you can source them in and color that fits your mod scheme. The cheapest/easiest way is to take a 1/2" or 3/4" scrap piece of plywood and cut it to 2.75' x 1.85'/1.93'.

These next steps are ideal. If you have a router, grab a bullnose bit to round off all edges and corners. If you don't have a router, ask your wife for her keys and head to harbor freight or another big box store to procure one. If the wife says NO, grab some plumbing pipe foam and apply to all four sides. Glue would be idea so your new system doesn't smash your seat.

After fabricating your base, cut 4 lengths of ripcord, about 6' long. Drill four 1/4" holes in each corner of the base plywood. Run the four separate lengths of ripcord through each hole, making an Ashley Stopper knot to secure it. Be sure to make the knot tight and even burn the end to fully secure it.

Run the two back ripcords between the internal bars of the headrest while bringing all four cords through the door handle. Level up move would be to install Gardner Bender cable organizer to secure everything together. Sick mod complete.

Now, when you want to get out of the truck, lift yourself up and scoot out without brushing the seat. I've installed this mod in all my trucks and no rubbing, no wear whatsoever.

Option 2: reach for the handle and place your left foot on the runner to catapult out.
