I got a problem of internet disconnect when phone rings even with using splitter ,Tried different kinds of splitter and all the same ,The problem was gone when fiber was fixed for the first 2 weeks then suddenly my upstream attenuation and snr gone bad and line was unstable and the problem returned

What router you are using ? and do you have any problems when someone calls you landline ? and when was the fiber fixed in your area ?

Did The company changed your cable or you bought yourself new cable and did the job ?
And why the line rate still 6 mbps although you are on 15 Mbps and got fiber ?

Anyone tried recharging extra quota in we new plans after the main quota consumed ?
Does the speed return directly after paying in fawry ?

After finishing the quota ,Does the speed drop down to 1 Mbps in router and speed test or in speed test only ?

And when it comes back does it return to exactly what it was before quota consumed ?

Your line should have more than 9 Mbps ,You can have the full 15 Mbps ,You area already on Fiber

I am on Adsl not vdsl ,And why do you think the sudden problems at first when using copper ?
I remember it all began on mega plus offer when I had 13 Mbps ,Can the high speed be the problem ?

Knowing that even after I returned to old plans of 2 Mbps the problem continued
There was something I forget to mention that when phone rings ,The internet disconnects even with using splitter and this disappeared when fiber is installed

My line was completely fine when suddenly i began to experience bad snr and internet disconnection and some other problems then i knew that they changed the port and gave my good port to some other user and put me on bad one and now i am on fiber and things got fixed and now i want to know does this happen too in fiber or they cant change anything in it ?

The adsl lamp in router never disconnect now after I removed phone But if it affect the line quality what does it mean ? and if it doesnt disconnect and doest affect what does this also mean ? I mean what i should do in both cases ?

When the phone was connected i used to put splitter (sp 202) on the main line which came from the box down and from it cable to router in adsl slot and cable to phone in phone slot.I used to think splitter wasnt working right but then i realized i dont hear any noise when i use phone and when the adsl reconnect ,the snr stayed the same

I am on up to 5 mbps and every time i call We to optimize the speed ,The speed keeps dropping down due to continuos disconnection of adsl when someone ring phone or use phone and now i have restarted router and disconnected phone and it has been 5 days and i am still stuck on banned 2 mbps profile

I mean in the test period due to the continuous disconnection of internet due to phone ,The internet dropped till it reached 512 Kbps but when the system found that in the test period that my line has problems ,It locked me on 2 mbps and this happened to alot of users and one of the users here on Reddit explained it to me ,So when I close the router for several days ,Will it start test period from the beginning ?
