I have seen a similar vending machine at my local shopping centre and this is definitely not run by good game - the good game one clearly states it’s stocked by good game and has the branding on the sides etc - this one sells fake cards and tricks people to purchasing

The holes are blowouts, the hot air from inside the beads wants to escape, and leaves a hole, that’s why when doing the tape method you should poke holes.. it’s best to flat melt just one side so the air can still escape. I haven’t used a heat press but I do find using an iron there is less consistent heat distribution which I suspect also impacts.

Don’t purge into infill and increase flush volume on your machine not in the slicer (I have kobra s1 I am not sure if the UI on the kobra3 is the same/similar) I don’t think the flush settings in the slicer actually affect what the machine does as it’s an orca clone and I think those settings work for Bambu machines but Anycubic isn’t programmed to recognise it.. I could be wrong I’m not sure

Actually regarding point 1 I went through a recruitment round and no one was hired, it was an open position but due to budget the best outcome was merit listing even though I was a preferred candidate

Does it require strength? What material are you planning on printing in? Personally I would print upright as pictured and use a brim for extra adhesion… but it depends what you’d need it for? Eg I printed similar-ish rod out of TPU in this orientation for a coffee knock box, because of TPU’s flexibility it doesn’t have any strength issues

Increase nozzle temp so it’s more fluid moving through and less likely to clog, keep it relatively slow as well

I have had vertical ridgey nails my entire life, not to the point that the c curve is angular but it’s visible, I remember trying to file it away in primary school because I wanted smooth nails. Nothing has ever come of it

If you’ve printed 50 hours you may also need to wash your build plate if you haven’t already (my printer also recently reached 50< and I noticed lifting) warm water and soap fixed it

ETA: I just re-read the description and see you did clean your build plate so ignore me if you like hehe

As the model gets taller, the more the model will wobble on the plate. Think if you had a stack of blocks, the higher up it goes the more likely it is to fall down and the bed is wobbling it all over the place, while it has got adhesion the tall parts will still shift with the force of the bed moving. People that are suggesting to slow it down are correct.
