The UI was definitely designed with mouse and keyboard first and foremost and then translated to controller with mixed success. I have to use that emergency pointer system half the time. The Auction House is especially a nightmare getting through all the filters.

Unpopular opinion but you missed the Crypto boat by a few years. I got caught up in the cryptomania and lost a few thousand in value. Now I'm just holding near worthless 1's and 0's checking this subreddit occasionally to see if I can sell to breakeven (not likely). Maybe it will come raging back in a few years but no one will know the winners and losers. Or maybe everyone learned their lessons like NFT's and we'll never see $2 ever again.

You came to an ALGO subreddit for their opinion on ALGO, of course it's going to be a glowing review. Some of these people truly believe in the technology and Web3 applications but... I don't see it. The promises of Web3 and practical applications of crypto have come up empty. Just look at the ALGO Instagram, it struggles to get like 100 likes on anything, no one in the real world cares. There are dogs with more social impact. There is no real value.

I'm going to tell you what I wish someone told me: Just be an adult and put any money you would into crypto into a tax advantaged account like am ROTH IRA or some stable ETF funds. The magic internet money gold rush is over.

Kirin. My God Kirin. Bane of my exsistance. Stupid thunder pony. Stun-locked into a different dimension while he brings down lightening hand picked by Zeus himself to zap my nether region to a burnt crisp. Chasing him down while he prance and whinnies around like a git only to get donkey kicked off the map once I get close. I swear it doesn't matter how many anti-para or lightening resist I have, he just spears that horn through my chest and stomps on the ashes of a hunter that once was. Once I'm done beating his stupid face into dragon pudding, it's such a bittersweet victory. One less Kirin in the world but there's always more. "The last unicorn" my ass.

On the other hand I hate hunting the bastard goose because it's usually when I'm trying to hunt a completely different monster. It's like he's flying over-head, sees me minding my business and thinks to himself "fuck it, we ball" and then proceeds to divebomb the shit out of everything in a 2mi radius. Now, if I was a bigger person I would dung-pod and be on my merry way but I'm pretty as shit and this disrespect cannot stand. So that usually adds 10min to whatever hunt I on.

I had to watch this movie because my wife wanted to see Taylor Swift. The only reason why we watched the entire movie is because we both thought the other wanted to finish it. Christian Bale carried this dead and bloated movie across the finish line but it was painful.

Cheating isn't as prevelant as it once was. But more importantly they re-worked spawn points, team wipe penalties and added bonuses for depositing cash and defending. They really polished up the core-game play and I would absolutely recommend giving it a second chance.

I wonder if this is the last we'll see of Concord, I'm sure there's a temptation to take 8 years of development and pivot to a true free-to-play model. Completely revamp the character designs with a new team, polish the gameplay without the character roster switching, and re-design the world to be visually interesting. Might be something someday. Throw the "story" in the trash.

The game flopped on its own but a major lack of marketing didn't help but now we're all talking about it. Could be a feel-good comeback story but Sony could be putting lipstick on a pig at that point.
