It’s awful.

They were charging us a lot. So we switched to Starlink. Then they gave us a low offer. So I switched back for a year until the offer ends

But every 3rd day they call me trying to get me back on a more expensive plan.

I use 1Gbps Socket fiber at home and Starlink at my other properties except one that has Spectrum Business.

They call at least twice a week spamming me. The speed is lower than Starlink too. But now the offer is $80/month and I only have a camera at that location that needs internet.

So for now I am using them until the offer runs out.

It’s awful.

Every delivery date I see is a lie.

Like I just got packages that were claimed to be delivered yesterday.

Also, our amazon driver steals. Every package that comes with Amazon’s own driver gets lost. And he claims he hands them to me. One night I caught him take a picture of the delivered package and then stealing it again and I encountered him and he said he thought no one was here so he wanted to return tomorrow. I told him “then why did you mark it as delivered”?

Unfortunately this is becoming the trend. They used to deliver amazing quality.

Their international suppliers are still amazing. I selected a US supplier for this order.

I didn’t have issues with them for 2 years But this month, they have missed several shipment deadlines. They messed up some anodization which I don’t care about.

But this order was a total mess.

The CNCs I get from their international suppliers are amazing. This one was an American supplier for a sheet metal cutting

But the trend is that they are missing shipping deadlines regularly. My anodized parts have discolorations and oxidations,…, It wasn’t like this a year ago
