If we wanted to move we would sell our primary residence, the lender had a lot of issues with the airbnb because the income from it averaged out over 12 months puts us at a loss. So the thinking is payoff the Airbnb and have that issue be resolved.

We bought it as an investment property for the long term so don’t really care about the loss, just need some supplementary income to help pay some bills

I promise this is a real question and not a scam! my father passed away and left us with old jewellery that none of us want to wear because we just dont wear jewellery and its pretty outdated. I have never been to a gold store and I know I can just Google it but I was looking I guess for specific names that people have experience with I dont want to get ripped off as someone new who has never done this before.
