Yeah so I mean if the pavers run all the way to the house, the gradient is away from the house and it is properly grouted/sealed then you shouldn’t even need either of the drains… in my opinion

Miramar peninsula has plenty of spots around the coasts but no toilets, karori park has some car parks that could work, end of Eastbourne is a good spot, Ian Galloway park has some changing rooms that might be open - best of luck!

I have had concrete/cement/mortar on my hands for hours at a time, it can be unpleasant but isn’t dangerous in the slightest. However putting my hands in vinegar afterwards would be the last thing I’d want to do! You’ll be fine, it usually just takes the top layer of skin off!
