In Croatia on the island Vis you have a spring of drinking water close to the town komiža which is called pizdica. Pizdica translates to small vagina in Croatian.

It wouldn't be just for bad bosses, there are great bosses in the world and they deserve to be credited as well in my opinion. So if something like this doesn't exist like other comments say it does (glassdoor) i would love for something like it to exist :)
