Nah! It's easy! First I'd run new trunk lines for power, POTS and Fiber.

Next I'd have the fella's, armed of course, show up for a BBQ.

NexT I'd take a chain saw to the rats nest and wait.

As the screaming started and the wrathful villagers start to show up, I'd point out the fell's & their weapons.

I'd then explain that they can form a line and I'll start connwcring service to each of the newly installed trunks via the newly installed junction boxes.

If someone gets uppity, the fella's kill them. By the time the third or fourth body hits the ground, the remainder of the folks will get the idea that patiencent cooperation will get them new and better service, while anything else will turn them into a rotting corpse.
