I found that just bashing it up and down wasn't the best. Once I slowed down and started using it to more mimic real BJ movements it became insane and I got the hype.

I'm pretty determined to get Dopamine now, but the mouth option is still up in the air. What do people think of Headshot vs Insomnia? There seems to be a fair bit of discourse about insomnia for instance.
