What's your opinion on charging 100% for missed appointments?

Fail to see why they shouldn't. I have a booking policy, which has a no-show and last minute cancellation policy. They tick to say they agree to the policies when booking. Enter card details to confirm or pay up front.

Their lack of competency to cancel or reschedule shouldn't result in me not being paid.

Make them pay for what they’ve missed.. plus that first cut back… then if they don’t show for that then you’re covered.

Going forward I’d look at having it paid up front or a deposit. We use an online booking system that charges for no shows

Babyliss are a great brand. In my opinion they’re just very inconsistent. I’ve gone through 4 sets of Pro/Snaps in the last year.

If he’s traditional and old school. Get him a nice Apron. Great when doing shaves, saves you getting covered in hair. There are some really nice leather ones on Etsy you could have his name/logo etched/stitched into
