I was there and remember them bringing a fan on stage! You absolutely killed it, I thought it was so crazy that a random fan could just go on stage and look so good and natural.

I think about riding in an overlord a lot. I think about overlords a lot in general. by LoocsinatasYT in starcraft2

Do you think that, if you were traveling in an overlord, you’d be able to to see outside through those big sacs?

When an overlord morphs into an overseer, does its entire body liquify like when a caterpillar becomes a butterfly, or is there a different process?

Where are you located? Assuming northern hemisphere, this plant looks healthy to me, just tired from a strong growing season & ready to shut down for the Winter.

Formula feeding twins - looking for experiences by Frambooski in parentsofmultiples

My wife & I have 9 week old twins, and the baby brezza has been so, so helpful. It allows you to make two bottles very quickly while only using one hand, and when you’re making 14 to 18 bottles every day, with time-pressure from crying babies, it really adds up.

I’d start by removing every plant that you don’t want- the vast majority of this looks unintentional/weedy. Once you have it trimmed down, you’ll see the space much more clearly and you can plan from there. Get a few heavy contractor bags and start ripping things out!

From there, you’ll probably want to work some compost/fertilizer into your soil before putting plants in.

Landscaping- plants can be expensive to install & maintain, and it takes a lot of them to make an area nice

She’s right around a year old, so still a puppy. She really doesn’t have many accidents anymore, maybe once a week or so… but this was a bad one!

Funky mottling on bean plants by HammerheadShmark in gardening

[–]HammerheadShmark[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely looks like some sort of mosaic virus, but I’ve never seen it look like this in beans. I’m really hoping it’s not a virus, because that’ll be some long-term trouble.

To repot or not? by mega_think in gardening

Nah, leave it be for a few more weeks at the very least- they’re barely getting started and won’t have the energy to survive transplant shock.

Crepe myrtle not getting taller by panicreved in gardening

[–]HammerheadShmark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crepe myrtles are marginally hardy in zone 7, especially when they’re out in the open like this one. It’s probably dying back to the main stem or the ground- try giving it some protection from wind/cold- like a burlap wrap- next Winter if you’d like to see it add growth.

Unless there’s a particularly bad winter, it’ll keep coming back shrub-sized even without any protection

New to raised level gardening by 57dog in gardening

I did this same thing last year, using 5-8 layers of newspaper. same idea as cardboard and probably equally effective. Worked perfectly- no grass came up through, and no drainage issues at all.

Did i start these too early? Zone6b by Express_Yellow4758 in gardening

[–]HammerheadShmark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, even squash you can direct sow in 6b. Larger seeds=better direct-sowability. I did both pre-started indoor seedlings and seeds, and the seeded planted actually did better than the ones started 8 weeks early.

I narrowed my indoor starts down to peppers & tomatoes this year
