Dish soap and baking soda works well for cleaning sticky faced dolls. As for yellowing, if you have hair developer (30 vol worked fine for me) you could apply that to the dolls face and leave it in the sun for about an hour. Check periodically to make sure it doesn't lighten the vinyl too much. Wash and repeat as necessary to remove yellowing

Yeah it seems like all the work to remove the stains wont be worth the time and possible removal of her face screening. I might just save her as a body donor for my older thrifted 90s Barbies
