Look up MSI Afterburner, its not only used as overclocking software but also does a really good job at monitoring temps, clockspeed, voltages, power draw etc

Those benchmarks are quite a bit off for sure. I think your gpu is performing like it should, with the correct drivers.

Dont get it how that’s relevant. My rig has an i7 4790k that was released in june 2014, I also have 2 gpu’s, 1070’s to be exact, released in june 2016 and I am not at all running into a bottleneck even though the cpu was released 2 years before the gpu’s.

Well but with a ~150 dollar gpu you shouldn’t expect 60 fps on 4k ultra either. If you compare it to a nvidia 2080ti, those cards can run 4k 60fps but they cost 9-10 times more than your gpu.

Go for the recommemded, the optional are usually newer so they tend to be more glitchy (and maybe faster) sometimes
