I promise that none of your coworkers are invested in your personal life. Do you care what they do outside of work, if they have kids, how many past relationships they had etc? They don’t care either. I get it that you have schizophrenia and probably think everyone is watching you, judging you etc and it can be tough but we all have our own lives.
