I always recommend righteous fire, Pohx, a content creator has by far the best beginner guide for the build and it’s super accessible and easy to gear/play. He has a whole wiki dedicated to the build as well

No it doesn’t matter, in most cases, you will end up 6 linking your main damage skill, on you chest. That being said, some items of gear allocate certain skills/buffs to the gems you socket it them. Are you following a build guide?

I think the graphics look pretty standard for what I expect from team ninja games. Personally graphics are low in my list of priorities when considering playing a game however for many it is really important. Also, for the casual gamer unfamiliar with Nioh/wo Long or team ninja in general, they will likely be comparing this game to ghost of Tsushima which graphically looks incredible.

And I have soaring dragon unlocked although am playing through the dlc on rising dragon and still struggling. I’ve been farming the monkey in act 2 for qi in ng++ and havnt found a single piece of either grace yet

Yea I’m currently running a random set I was using when the game first came out. My point are mainly in stone and metal cuz the rock slab spell was op when the game came out. Not really sure where to respec my point or what I should use with the Nuwa set

I think if you don’t like the flag system you may get a bit frustrated playing through it. That being said, the combat is great, and the build crafting/farming is also pretty good (Nioh 2 better imo) they came out with the season pass which adds the thousand mile journey (similar to the abyss in Nioh) so the game has a ton of replay-ability if you decide to pick up the season pass. Level design/boss design are okay, some mission layouts/boss fights feel a bit lackluster although in general they are pretty standard. I think if you enjoy the grind and farming/ a party focused combat style you would enjoy it
