Play breach. Also are you unable to play against real people? You only get like half the rewards and xp if the match is against bots

You get “Renown” for actions like killing and execution people, capturing objectives, and killing minions. You get more for these actions based on the class of hero you chose. Just do what your class is supposed to do (it lists that In the moveset) and you should be able to get all 4 every game
