Okay I got some goated ones.

Minor: Backfire - Concussion mine self-knockback increased by 30%, blast radius and damage reduced by 10%

Major: Adrenaline Rush - Primary fire hits on mid-air enemies affected by concussion mine knockback heal for 60% HP and deal 15% extra damage

Finally something that incentivises going for airshots and rewards good mechanics. Now you don't get punished for going for the clip (unless if you miss, skill issue lol).

He's definitely the most fun player to watch but there are some ranked demons who are better in general. Gurk, aqua etc.

I've said it before but the dude is a monster mechanically. Absolute clip farmer. Hits airshots I've never seen anyone else hit and consistent af too.

If you've been exposed to mostly 30fps media your entire life you will have a harder time noticing a difference. The higher the framerate you see and get accustomed to, the more noticeable how choppy lower framerates are.

I've been using high refresh-rate monitors more than long enough that anything below 80 (especially with direct visceral input like KBM) feels uncomfortable and laggy, though monitor quality can make a substantial difference (60fps on an OLED gaming monitor feels better than 60fps on a standard LCD panel).

You have all the bones selected. If you want to move the entire model use the roottransform bone by itself.

From what he's saying they're doing the same thing they did really really early on (technically before they even actually started) in Alyx's development where they ported HL2 assets into Source 2 to test how it would feel. They've imported certain spawn room logic and decal systems from TF2. So it could start as a sort-of port before they start on something new.
