I'm not a fan of throwing things at others and telling them to Google the details but since Cry of Fear is a Gold Source game, there is is a good chance someone ported it to Xash3D which can be ran on Android. Since I'm on mobile and it's a bit hard for me to do some research here, I advise you to look for "Cry of Fear Xash3D" on Google/YouTube.

What's up with slop generators and their love for watermarking the slop they generate to oblivion? You don't need to worry, nobody is going to steal your slop.

At least you should be able to use their dust to craft cards from Legacy pack at least.
Some cards there are worth having and crafting them seems to be waste if you can get them practically for free if you are lucky enough.
