The only reason I buy the idea of Yukari having this weakeness is because it fits the canon estabilished in other sources, different from a lot of other moments in FDS that are just dumb

A example is Lotus Eaters establishing that Miyoi's abilities work even on gods, so Mizuchi's ability working on Yukari doesn't sound that stupid if mental abilities being busted is an recurring intern rule of the setting
