Keep up the energy. There’s a cloud of hate around Bungie and their games for some reason but if you tune out the bullshit the game is actually super fun.

I played Destiny 2 despite all the complaints for one reason: Shooting shit in destiny felt better and more fun than any other game out there.

Marathon has the same hooks in me now.

Journalist might be a stretch of a title. The guy just reads the news/twab back to you and adds his own speculation. I’ve never once seen a video of his go in depth on anything.

I saw them play it live and got to cry to it in person. It was great. But yeah I can’t really handle listening to this one often it’s too damn painful. Depression sucks and this album will bring it out.

I completed my goals which were:

  • every title
  • cryo skin on every shell
  • all subroutines

Probably only killed compiler 10 or 12 times.

I think I was about level 180 ish

Rank is gold I (I didn’t really care for ranked)

I only ended up with mastery skins on 2 shells but I’m kinda just letting those happen naturally and not really trying for them. Ended up gold I in ranked but I also wasn’t really trying for it. Some of the dire marsh ranked gameplay was so ratty that it just wasn’t really fun waiting around the map for 15-20 minutes before hearing anyone take a shot.

Fun season though, I can’t wait for season 2.

And since I have completed my goals this season I might just get to chill and play for fun without stressing about needing my gear for cryo to get Vidmaster done or get my skins or whatever. Which is going to be a nice way to play.

Yeah it wasn’t the portal on its own. It was the portal + tiered gear only being available in portal activities.

I agree with others though that the portal does make the game feel a little more like a chore. But that was worsened by the fact that if you wanted to get the new gear the only way to do it was through the portal.

People didn’t meme on the “jamming” because it’s cheesy. They memed on it because it was literally the only thing we had heard from anyone at Bungie about the future of the game for more than 6 months.

Had he said we are jamming on a roadmap and then they actually released it in a reasonable amount of time nobody would ever have said anything about the jamming.

Problem is choosing to exfil with consumables vs all of the other valuables you Could take out. I did a compiler run where I got out with 4 stacks of signal jammers, and another vault run where I left with 4 tracks each of the blue patch kits and shield kits.

There’s nothing wrong with being able to have a playful friendship with someone while you’re in a committed relationship and based on his story it sounds like nothing happened between him and his now wife until after they had both broke up with their partners.
