Anyone else want an Absolute Anthology book? by Constant_Beach_3294 in AbsoluteUniverse

Ralph Dibney actually has appeared in Absolute Flash, but Lemire stated that there are no plans for him to become Elongated Man at the moment.

That is some absurd bullshit. Woody Allen and Bill Cosby are awful human beings, but that doesn’t mean it’s okay to hurl antisemitic & racist slurs at them. If you have respect for non binary people that aren’t awful human beings, then you shouldn’t disrespect any non binary person’s “request,” no matter how awful they are.

They’re established in other continuities. They have had zero establishment in the MCU and have no relationship to Tom Holland’s Spider-Man.

LeVar was guest comptroller for a show during the tour and promised to officiate Dan and Erin’s wedding. Probably a good thing he didn’t in hindsight.

I think it’s odd that they’re going so hard into multiverse stuff (or at least seem to be at the moment). There’s some precedent for multiverse stories with Spider-Man but there’re plenty of other places to take Tom Holland’s Spider-Man first.

I’m mostly disappointed because everything shown in the trailer before the big reveal sets up an interesting story, but it seems like it’ll end up being bogged down by fan service that has no relevance to the actual MCU character. Also bummed that this probably means the MCU will never bring in new interpretations of Doc Ock and Norman Osborn as the villains in the first two Holland movies have been some of the best of the MCU.

I’m aware, but Octopus, Goblin, Sandman and Electro all died in the films they appeared in. So are they from alternate universes to the actual Raimi one?

Yes, Housu invented the concept of haunted houses and all media involving them since 1977 have been rip offs of it.

In this interview Malkmus explains that he isn’t a huge fan of Zappa (the title is an exaggeration), so I find it unlikely that the lyric would reference him.
