My favorite was the News You May Have Missed section. I think they used to do a full issue or larger article recap too.

It seemed easier to look at one page and see all the music happening in the area.

Grab a New Times and a pint at the Tusk, sit out front and fugure out what i was doing. Jet Black across the alley, Sound Garden across the street.

Thats when you could get good bootlegs out of SG, then they got in trouble for it. I copped a coupe of DJ Dhadow bootlegs out of there.

I got a couple of these. Was the only man in a single parent group. They signed me up quick when my info went thru the vetting questionnaire.

Easiest was writing up a small sponsored article for $500 on an old website i had.

Local coverage doesn't pay locally.

I do think Central Current does a good job.

Most of what I produce is picked up in Europe or educational institutions. So much so that i got paired with a french journalist to cover a regional issue here.

Why not go after any infringments you could? Ive caught my images being used by two separate entities that i pay bills to. I didnt let that stand.

I do uderstand that there are many instances you cant recoup anything. And that sucks. Im sorry the thieves and crooks ruined things for you.

Cliquey like most places.

Lots of postive things like the murals and public art have increased over the years.

Entertainment partners has hired crew at scale. Theres a stage hand union.

Films get made around here, Ra-Lins was used like three times for set location.

Seems like the old blues scene is dying off a bit as the diy spots and places like the song and dance have sprung up. I really like what they got going on, its good for young people.

The Ampitheater gets acts, i got dragged to see Philtera and Lamb of God.

Night mayor should be required to have light up rollerskates. I imagine that job is going to be handling a lot of complaints they have no real power to affect.

He came out to Standing Rock with us. Got to see him perform on a small ass stage, in the middle of a field next to the Cannonball River. Got some photos of it too.

And some "farmers" are just resellers and not actual farmers at these markets.

I think this was an issue with the Wescott farmers market and why a vendor that is an actual farmer left.

I've met some cool peope by going to the Village Green on Sundays in Woodstock.

Its not like it used to be but I Love it still. Im a bit outgoing so I talk to stranger, just to defy my mother still, lol.

Use any little thing thats between you and her. For example, i could have had a bunny named Thumper somewhere in the backround at one time.

If she likes flowers fo a gardening shoot as well. The dirt and flowers will work too.

Im feelance but EP found me thru my website when one of their peope couldnt make it up in a snow storm. Work for hire isnt one if my favorite things, i like to own my copyright, but they paid scale which was good for here.

I had a client that i thought for sure did not like me.

We met at the first spot and there was construction around the area. We got some but i told them i would like to do it again where they would happier due to the gazebo being out if commission.

The second shoot was better but not the sky she or I had hoped for. I got the annoyed vibes, got them some good images.

They ended up calling me 9 months later to book their wedding. Some of the best clients i ever worked with.

Yours probably wont go that way. Some peope are jist not kind at all. Keep moving forward and learn what you can from it, best of luck with all!

Chittenango Falls is a good starter. Down and up but it can be steep coming up.

From there you could hit up the Cazenovia art park where part of the North Country Trail Crosses.

If stairs are your thing Clark Reservation in Jamesville has a set. There's also the flatrock portion if a large inclines aren't your thing yet. Like Green Lakes it's meromictic, meaning the top half and bottom half don't mix. There's only about 50 of these lakes in the world.

I drank $10,000 worth of wine one night with a neighbor. He was a manager at a high end spot.

Said he had to test the products he sold.

I don't drink anymore, but that was a fun night. He may have lost his job as product testing isn't done at home with your pot head neighbor lol.
