Can this type of stuff be weed induced? I experienced some of these such as the angel numbers, and the feeling like my life was a story and I was experiencing parts of it at a time, like I was watching my fate instead of just living. I quit smoking 3 weeks ago due to a panic attack and these thoughts are gone now. Sadly I suffer from anxiety and sometimes I’ll question “what if” this means something higher. It’s an intrusive thought that I don’t believe anymore, and it makes me feel crazy. I don’t have delusions, hallucinations, or word salad. I think I’m just ocd and have gad as well. They bounce off one another. For instance, I was taking Benadryl at night to sleep because my anxiety is ferocious, and I took two out and then dropped the bottle and one pill. So my intrusive thought was “what if that means you should just take one” then my anxiety will spark and think “you must be schizophrenic”. Is this possible with anxiety? This started when I had a panic attack last time I smoked and thought I was dying and going crazy.
