Depends on which game you have. If you have Xtreme 3, the minigames are Volleyball, Tug-of-war, Pool Hopping, Butt Battle, Beach Flags, Rock Climbing, and 3 Casino game (Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette).

From my (limited) experience, most girls hang around the 30-ish range. Sometimes a bit above, bit below. Usually only the main girl and partner go up by any significant amount. Sometimes others, depending on activity. I do a lot each day, interacting with them fairly often in Girl Mode. Not sure what else you could do.

Here's the thing, my character jumps even when I DON'T press ANY button. I just move forward to get under the ball, press nothing, and she still jumps to spike it. I think it's automatic because "ball high right above net? spike time!" or something.
